The Eco mode operates the vacuum more quietly and extends the runtime, whereas the Turbo mode provides a more effective cleaning. However the Turbo mode runs at a high volume, which can be annoying if you're running the D7 while working or watching TV.

Roborock S7 robot vacuum is a fantastic value. It boasts impressive technology capabilities. It performs similarly to a number of top-of-the-line models and is simple to use and maintain. It comes with a range of high-end features, which are comparable to those that are found in robots costing twice as much. It's built well and comes with many navigational features. It's also easy to maintain. It has a shorter maximum battery life, and has more recurring costs than other units.

The Q5 is among the slowest robots we have tested, however, its layout algorithm is reliable and doesn't need any additional attention after the first time it passes through the space. It begins by tracing out a perimeter, then fills in the interior with a sweep of parallel lines. After the work is complete it is returned to the charging station if it was not at the base.

It did an excellent job of cleaning hardwood floors by sucking at least 88% dirt from every test. It was more difficult to clean carpets with high and low pile however, it performed much better than the average unit. It also comes with a mopping attachment to clean up wet spills. We didn't test it.

Its mobility, which is more than the norm for lidar robots is that it is able to bump into furniture or other obstacles with a soft bump. Its navigation system can detect stairs and multiple floors, which allows it to efficiently deal with multistory homes.
